What are the graphitic product quality inspection items?
 (1) The surface and end of the graphitized product will be cleaned up after the filling material and silicon carbide appearance inspection, inspection content including size, shape defects, cracks, deformation and oxidation;
(2) For graphitized products with a diameter of 150mm and above, knock root (block) by small hammer to check the internal structural defects of graphitized products;
(3) To measure the resistivity of the cleaned graphitized product on site;
(4) Take a sample with a hollow drill bit, and measure the physical and chemical properties of the sample, including volume density, flexural strength, resistivity, elastic modulus, ash content and linear expansion coefficient.
